Yuuta, meanwhile, is mulling over the same problem, though from within it. He hates that he and his family can do little else besides cower, but his father has too much influence and power over them. He could easily put them in a hole they could never climb out of. What was more, was that his father seemed to want him to be his successor.

He stares at his computer screen, determined and focused, going over details of a plan that will hopefully work. His tea going cold.

Children are our future, it was said. If he got enough people from his generation together, in the right place, working on the same objective, they might be able to change the future their parents seemed so set on them inheriting.
